Requirements (Must-Haves)
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification: Required (must be current).
- Remote and Ability to Travel up to 75%.
- Platform Experience: 100+ hours of proven experience operating Skydio X10, Remote Flight Deck, Crew Based DFR, and RPIC Operations.
- Professionalism: High degree of discretion and ability to work within a high-consequence corporate security environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities (Day-in-the-Life)
As a cornerstone of our UAS Security and DFR Operations, you will bridge the gap between autonomous technology and real-world security. Your day-to-day includes:
- Tactical Overwatch: Execute 8-10 hours of on-site security flights daily, monitoring customer locations for security anomalies.
- Dock Management: Oversee the Skydio Dock ecosystem, ensuring the hardware is charged, weather-sealed, and mission-ready for 24/7 operations.
- Rapid Response: Deploy the Skydio X10 from the Dock in response to security triggers or live incident requests.
- Shift Continuity: Conduct professional hand-offs with our remote operations team.
- Compliance & Logs: Maintain detailed flight logs and system health reports in accordance with FAA and RTTG standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with Skydio Remote Ops software and DFR/RPIC operations.
- Background in corporate security, public safety, or military UAS operations.
- Technical troubleshooting skills for 5G, GPS, and networking hardware.
