Position Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, safety-focused, mechanically inclined technician to support hands-on ground and soft washing operations and help maintain safe, controlled jobsites. You’ll set up and operate water/chemical cleaning systems and support drone-assisted cleaning operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ground-based soft washing on commercial and residential projects
- Safety & site management
- Establish and manage restricted/no-access zones
- Keep safety as the #1 priority during all operations
- Set up and configure cleaning systems on-site, including:
- Water hookups, pump setups, pressure manifolds, hoses
- Tank and filtration systems (sediment, carbon, DI, RO)
- Chemical selection and manifold mixing for cleaning solutions
- Operate, monitor, and maintain commercial cleaning equipment (pumps, pressure washers, tanks, gasoline motors)
- Monitor water quality and inbound/outbound flow; identify and correct leaks or anomalies
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs during operations as needed
- Coordinate with crew on cleaning methods and chemical use according to the cleaning plan
- Support the Pilot-in-Command during flight operations
- Perform ground-level cleaning tasks when required to deliver a superior customer result
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with soft washing and pressure washing methods
- Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing (clean driving record)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a drug test
- Basic knowledge of plumbing setups and water systems
- Familiarity with engine operation (small motors, pumps, etc.)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Reliable and able to work effectively in a small crew environment
- Flexible availability based on jobsite demands and weather
